Role Summary The Senior Project Manager will serve as a client-facing leader responsible for managing projects across oil & gas facility operations, emissions compliance, engineering coordination, and operational improvement initiatives. This role requires strong project management discipline, commercial knowledge, operational understanding, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced consulting environment. The ideal candidate combines practical industry experience with strong communication and relationship management skills. While technical fluency is important, this is not strictly an engineering design role. Success comes from the ability to lead projects, manage client expectations, coordinate technical teams, and drive execution from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates proactively, and can build alignment across clients, field teams, engineering groups, and company leadership. Core Responsibilities Lead project execution including scope, schedule, budgeting, forecasting, resource coordination, and change management. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Build trusted client relationships through responsiveness, accountability, and strategic problem-solving. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and operational activities to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Interpret and coordinate technical deliverables including facility drawings, P&IDs, operational data, and engineering packages. Collaborate with field operations, engineering, environmental, and construction teams to support practical, execution-focused solutions. Support proposal development, estimating, commercial alignment, and ongoing account growth opportunities. Identify project risks, operational impacts, and client needs proactively while maintaining strong communication throughout project execution. Help drive internal operational excellence by improving project workflows, communication standards, and cross-functional collaboration. Contribute to “ways of working” discussions focused on scalability, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Foster strong internal communication across the engineering, operations, and leadership teams. Embrace modern project delivery tools, technology, and AI-enabled workflows to improve execution, organization, and client service. Experience Needed Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: Oil & gas facility operations EPC or infrastructure project management Environmental or emissions consulting Midstream or upstream operations Facility construction or operational support Energy infrastructure project execution 7+ years managing multiple technical projects from proposal to execution including building and maintaining all project artifacts including proposal, project plan, budget and resourcing plan etc. Account management experience: Managing and growing relationships within customer accounts Comfortable adopting new technologies, automation tools, and AI-assisted workflows that improve project execution and team efficiency. Engineering degree or PE license is beneficial but not required. Why Join Us?
